The development of tools and new algorithms in the analysis of big data and the working out of predictive models offer new perspectives to reinforce the relation with our clients and prospects, stimulate our capacity to innovate and offer ever more suitable services such as:
- Identify, in real time, unusual or abnormal behaviours in order to prevent frauds on credit cards or on banking operations.
- Build behavioural models based on statistical models to help customers in the management of their budget, and give relevant and trustworthy advices.
In order to meet these challenges, and to enhance the skills of our teams in the field of data science and machine learning, we decided to participate in the “Machine Learning for Big Data” Chair of Telecom ParisTech.
